4) Delivery Costs

Costs are calculated at the time of payment based on the address, carrier, and order amount.
Free delivery may apply from a certain amount (as displayed on the Website at the time of order).

5) Tracking

When the order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking (if available) is sent to the Customer.

6) Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Package

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery information.
In case of an incorrect address or an unclaimed/returned package, re-shipping fees may be requested.

7) Package Declared Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates "delivered" but the Customer has not received anything, the Customer must contact CURCEYES within 48 hours at: curceyes@outlook.fr to open a carrier inquiry.
