Returns and Refund Policy

Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied. If this is not the case, the following rules apply.
The Customer has 14 days after receipt to withdraw, under the conditions specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Returns are accepted if:
the request is made within the deadlines,
the product is unused,
and, for hygiene reasons, the product has not been opened/unsealed (pouch/seal intact), where permitted by law.
If the item is damaged, defective upon receipt, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at:

with:
order number,
photos/videos of the package and product,
description of the problem.
After verification, we will offer, as appropriate: replacement, refund, or a suitable solution.

Keep proof of shipment.
Unless the error is attributable to CURCEYES, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
CURCEYES reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not comply with the above conditions.
