Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to send the item back.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
