Shipping Policy
We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know.
Shipping is always free, with no minimum purchase.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Your bars arrive within 5 to 8 business days after you place your order. These are estimates; carrier delays may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at every step.
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order, or if tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us at curceyes@outlook.fr with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we can update it as long as the order has not shipped yet.
